requiredUnless($field, $value) makes a field required when the other field does not strictly equal the given value.

$rules->string('taxId')
    ->optional()
    ->requiredUnless('customerType', 'individual');

Use this in a RuleSet registry factory so Fynix can inspect the owning DTO.
